Logistics processes in Poland have moved to a new level. An innovative system for payment for roads – e-TOLL – has been launched here. e-TOLL will be used for all vehicles whose weight exceeds 3.5 tons. Buses also fall into this category, regardless of their weight characteristics.

Before migrating to the new e-TOLL system it is necessary to discontinue the services of the current viaTOLL program. To do this, the company must return the device itself to the operator and then the operator will receive the deposit left earlier and the system will be deactivated. Then you should register in e-TOLL and link the settlement account to the chosen option of using the program – via on-board or GPS device. Now you need to activate the operation on the equipment received from the operator.

There is a transition period for companies when both systems will be active. e-TOLL is designed on satellite positioning technology, through which it charges for the operation of highways and roads of domestic and national importance.
