ELVIS offers customers a new container service

ELVIS SEAL container service

ELVIS container service simplifies shipping from Europe to Southeast Asia

ELVIS has launched a new container service from Europe to South East Asia. The ELVIS SEAL solution will increase the efficiency of transport between these regions.

The implementation of the service has been made possible through ELVIS’ partnership with APX Logistics Solutions. As a result of the collaboration, the companies have developed a functional model that offers the following services:

  • fixed freight rates;
  • transparent pricing for door-to-door delivery;
  • seamless tracking of shipments;
  • flexible delivery options;
  • sea and air freight options.

The companies also offer favourable customs clearance terms. Thanks to a well-developed logistics network of 200 warehouses, customers can count on shorter delivery times.

ELVIS representative Nikolai Grabowski emphasised the importance of the service to the region. The South East Asian market is developing dynamically and this is driving the demand for logistics services. The ELVIS SEAL solution opens up new opportunities for companies in the import/export sector. The service helps to enter new markets and provide competitive services.

Customers benefits

ELVIS notes that the service is primarily aimed at freight forwarders who are expanding their operations. The solution will enable them to offer their customers the best option for transporting goods in terms of delivery time and conditions. ELVIS SEAL covers the following routes:

  1. Export shipments from Europe to Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
  2. Import shipments from the whole of South East Asia to European countries via Hamburg.

Air freight is available for urgent shipments from all European airports.

ELVIS ensures an efficient supply chain with 200 warehouses across Europe and Asia. Shipments arrive at a central hub in Germany, where they are loaded onto ocean-going vessels at the Port of Hamburg. The delivery time for this route is approximately 30 days. However, if necessary, this time can be significantly reduced by using air transport.

The advantage of the new service is full transparency and economic benefits. Unlike traditional approaches to container transport, there are no additional costs. This is extremely important for companies with low capacity utilisation. With the ELVIS service, customers have a clear pricing system for sea and air transport. In addition, they can rely on optimised logistics operations to reduce costs. The company’s own extensive network allows it to avoid dependence on intermediaries. This improves process control and reduces overall costs.

APX Logistics, based in Bangkok, handles customs clearance in Asia. It also handles regional shipping and warehousing.
